Will be involved in analysis, development, implementation & support of solutions that provide timely, rel info used for operational & anlytical decision making. Duties include: reqs gathering & development of functional specs, scope & blue print to incl conducting workshops to understand current sys architecture, biz processes, & reqs & goals to be achieved through implem of business/ERP solutions. Telecommuting permitted from home office, w/ 25% of time req at Troy, Michigan offices. Reqs at least a Bachelor’s deg in a biz rltd field, plus 5 yrs’ exp as Biz Sys Analyst. Sr. Ux/UI Developer/Designer

Job Description

The incumbent will be part of a scrum team to deliver software solutions by providing the essential benefit to the customers by delivering the simplest solution to the functional requirement. The incumbent will also work cross-functionally with other team members: other engineers, testers, product owners, designers, Ops, customer support, use disparate pieces of information to drive investigation and problem solving., demonstrate an understanding of current trends in information technology visualization best practices and standards and how to apply this understanding to work projects and processes and make recommendations for improvements to the technology from the assigned information technology platform.

Qualifications

  • Education: 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as UX Designer/Developer
  • Rock solid visualization concept
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off.
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex applications
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Experience in building out UX Design plans with proven portfolio
  • Strong experience with Key Design Software tools (such as Sketch, Adobe CS, inVision, Balsamiq etc).
  • Strong Design experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS3
  • Experience with both Customer Focused and Internal focused UX Design

Senior DevOps Engineer

  • 5 plus years of solid experience in DevOps with Linux Systems Administration experience, particularly within AWS, to work on our web applications, platforms and delivery.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SCOPE:

  • DevOps process management focusing on Continuous Integration and Delivery
  • Server configuration management using Ansible
  • Automated testing for analysis and regression testing
  • Version control management, support and technical review
  • Interact and collaborate effectively with internal and external team members to assure client needs are met
  • Provide timely and accurate analysis, interpretation and resolution of problems and projects in Applications/DevOps
  • Working closely with end users to resolve day-to-day problems including providing training, configuration support and data correction
  • Managing and/or executing project work to deliver new/enhanced functionality according to prioritized business requests. This may include requirements gathering, writing supporting documentation for configuration, testing and training.
  • Maintenance/monitoring of IS tools used for Support and Project Management etc.

  • Plus: JavaScript (AngularJS), Java, .NET, Python, PHP
  • SCRUM or other agile/lean development methodologies
  • Candidate should have a high degree of proficiency with working with, planning and improving CI and deployment workflow for multiple types of web application.
  • Have excellent communication/investigative skills to be able to understand and differentiate between different types of problems faced by the end user.
  • Be able to work with the users and other IS teams to support continuous improvement, and leverage best use of Sealed Air’s information systems.
  • Be able to work ‘remotely’ and with autonomy as well as being able to build strong peer relationships to leverage the wider IS team.

Senior .Net Full Stack Developer

Requirements

4-year bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Seven (7) plus years of ASP.NET and VB.NET development experience, expert level.
  • Two+ years of experience with SQL Server
    • T-SQL experience including writing and troubleshooting stored procedures

    • Minor SQL Server DBA experience preferable
  • ETL experience, preferable Kapow
